Gary Gerstenhaber

Gary is a native Texan who grew up watching his father work hard for over forty years helping folks with their insurance needs. He remembers being quite young when he first understood that earning someone’s trust is paramount to earning their business.

After years in various roles in the healthcare industry, Gary has come back to his roots in insurance, embodying his father’s work ethic and treating every client like family.

When he is not helping folks find the right plan for their needs, Gary can be found in Austin playing golf, taking walks with his wife of 26 years, and volunteering with his congregation.

Gary is passionate about improving the lives of his peers by debating policies affecting senior Texans. He’s serving his second term of the Texas Silver-Haired Legislature and is currently Acting Chair of the Rural-Urban Committee.
